Ingredients

  • For the Berry Filling:
  • 4 cups mixed fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries)

  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar-free sweetener (like Stevia or monk fruit)

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (for brightness)

  • For the Crumble Topping:
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts

  • ½ cup rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)

  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar or sugar-free sweetener

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil or melted butter

Directions

  • Prep the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish with cooking spray or a bit of coconut oil.
  • Make the Berry Filling
Toss the fresh berries with honey (or sweetener) and lemon juice. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  • Prepare the Walnut Crumble
In a small bowl, combine the chopped walnuts, rolled oats, coconut sugar (or sweetener), and cinnamon. Add the coconut oil (or butter) and mix until the crumble topping is lightly coated and crumbly.
  • Assemble and Bake
Sprinkle the walnut-oat topping evenly over the berries. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the berries are bubbling and the topping is lightly golden.
  • Cool and Enjoy
Let the crumble cool for a few minutes. Serve warm as is, or with a dollop of Greek yogurt or sugar-free whipped topping for extra creaminess.
