Ingredients
4-5 small baby organic bananas (or 2-3 regular bananas)
1 cup coconut flour (gluten-free)
1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
¼ cup small pieces of cut-up dried mango in small pieces
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
1 tsp pumpkin spice (or a blend of pumpkin spice and cinnamon)
2 eggs
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
¼ cup of coconut oil (plus extra for greasing the pan and topping the batter)

Directions
