8 ounces smoked salmon, thinly sliced
4 cups mixed salad greens (such as arugula, spinach, and watercress)
1 orange, peeled and segmented
grapefruit, peeled and segmented
1 avocado, sliced
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1/2 cup small cubes of feta cheese
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Directions
