2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup dry red wine
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 can (14 oz/400g) diced tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 cinnamon stick
4-5 cloves
3 bay leaves
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
